Happy Palm Sunday! Today is the start of our teaching on the Passion Week (the week leading up to Christ's death and resurrection). Today we read about Jesus' triumphant entry intoJerusalem in Mark 11:1-10. We colored pictures of the story, sang songs, and even acted out the scene. This year we even used real palm branches (last year we made them out of construction paper)! The girls (and us grown-ups, too) had fun waving them around and shouting, "Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!"
